1. Fill in the form details and click “next step “, where you will be presented with quotes for all our available cars.
2. Select the car “book now” to make a provisional booking (required details).
3. Select New Client or Existing Client option. For an existing client, please enter your user email from a previous booking and enter the passenger details as required
4. Proceed to make a secure online payment to confirm a booking, or call to make a secure payment.
5. You will receive a secure payment and booking confirmation, sent to the email provided.

You will also receive a text confirmation to your mobile phone number, with a full travel itinerary and driver contact details.

Please note:

A minimum period of 48 hours prior to the pick-up time is required to process a booking online.

Cancellations:

Cars-Exec Ltd will honour a full refund in the event of cancellation of services more than 48 hours prior to the pick-up time of the transfer.
Cancellation of services within a 48 hour period of the pick-up time of the transfer will be subject to a cancellation fee ranging from 100% to 50% of the transfer depending on the nature of the booking.
Cars-Exec Ltd will also honour a 100% credit for a future transfer required for a later date than the original booking, without limitation.
